Purge tracking audit data  

This option allows you to purge PM tracking data from the system.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Utilities | Purge Tracking Audit Data.
   • The Purge Tracking Data enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Purge Up To This Date is the date records will be purged to. It must be at least a year old.

   Unit Number is a specific unit to purge records for. If entered, it doesn't have to be valid; this allows for purging of data for units that may no longer be in the system. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

   PM Program is a specific PM program for which records should be purged. If entered, it doesn't have to be valid; this allows for purging of data for PMs that may no longer be in the system. You can click on the Prompt button to select the program from a list.

3. Click Enter .
   • The specified audit records will be purged.
