Maintain VMRS version  

This option allows you to work with an open VMRS version.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | System | VMRS 2000 Release Update.
   • The VMRS Updates display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the version and select Maintain.
   • The Maintain VMRS Version change screen appears.
3. To change the view of the list:
   • Click Alt View .
     • The VMRS Version Alternate View display screen appears.
4. To re-evaluate the status of a component:
   • Right-click on the component and select Re-evaluate Status.
     • The line is checked against the VMRS tables to ascertain the status in case something has changed to cause it to be different.
5. To view the existing description of a component:
   • Right-click on the component and select Display Existing VMRS.
     • The VMRS Description display screen appears.
6. To add a system and/or sub-assembly to a component:
   • Right-click on the component and select Add System/SubAssembly.
     • The Maintain System Codes change screen appears.
7. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
