Equipment readings & facility reassignment  

This option allows you to enter equipment readings and/or a facility re-assignment.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Utilities | Equipment Readings & Facility Re-Assignment.
   • The Meter Readings & Facility Assignments enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Date / Time is the date and time the readings or re-assignment are for.

   Metric Type is the type of metric the readings are for. You can click on the Prompt button to select the metric type from a list. If left blank, there will be no input fields on the next screen.

   Region is the geographic region affected. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the region from a list.

   Facility is the facility containing the unit(s) to be re-assigned. It is optional. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

3. Click Enter .
   • The Readings & Facility Assignment change screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   New Facility is the facility the unit is being re-assigned to, if applicable. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

   Reading As At Date/Time is the new meter reading.

   UOM is the unit of measure used for the reading. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

5. Click Enter to save.
6. To add new units for the meter:
   1. Click Add .
      • The Readings & Facility Assignment add screen appears.
   2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

      Unit is the equipment unit the transfer or readings are for. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

      New Facility is the facility the unit is being re-assigned to, if applicable. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

      Reading As At Date/Time is the new meter reading.

      UOM is the unit of measure used for the reading. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

   3. Click Enter to save the information.
