Equipment meter reading entry  

This option allows you to enter equipment meter readings for up to 6 meters for a specific unit.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Utilities | Equipment Meter Reading Entry.
   • The Equipment Meter Readings enter screen will appear.
2. Type in or select the Unit Number.
3. Click Enter .
   • The Equipment Meter Readings enter screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Reading Date is the date the reading was taken.

   Time is the time of day the reading was taken.

   Meter is the meter that the reading is for.

   Reading is the meter reading.

   UOM is the unit of measure in which the reading was taken. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

5. Click Enter to save the readings.
