Attach a program to invoice text  

This option allows you to attach a text option to an invoice program. Note that a Change Request is required to have these programs set up for you to access.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | System | Text Description Set Up.
    • The Display Text Headers screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the text description and select Attach Program.
    • The Display Attached Programs screen appears.
  3. Click Add .
    • The Assign Text Description to Program screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Text Usage is the name of the program the text will be attached to. You can click on the Prompt button to select the program from a list.

    Text Sequence is a number identifying the order in which this text will appear on the invoice.

  5. Click Enter .
    • The program will be attached to the text option.
