Add metric reading batch  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Utilities | Metric Reading Batches.
   • The Metric Reading Batches display screen appears.
2. Click Add .
   • The Metric Reading Transaction change screen appears with a sequential batch number (Metric Reading Transaction #) assigned by Enrich.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Measurement Date is the date the measurements in the batch were taken.

   Time is the time of day the measurements in the batch were taken.

   Metric Type is the type of measurement being recorded. You can click on the Prompt button to select the metric type from a list.

   UOM Code is the unit of measure used for the readings. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit of measure from a list.

4. Click Enter .
   • The Unit Metric Readings add screen appears.
5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Unit is the equipment unit the measurement is for. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

   Measurement Value is the actual measurement recorded for the unit.

6. Click Enter to save the new readings.
   • Enrich validates the readings against those that already exist for the unit.
     • If there is a problem with any of the readings, the Measurement Tolerance screen appears.
       • Click Exit to return to the Unit Metric Readings screen to fix the reading. OR
       • Click Yes and Enter to override the warning and have Enrich accept the measurement.
7. When all readings have been validated, they disappear from the Add screen. They can now be changed and/or posted.
