Enrich EMMS Online Help
This routine uses the AS400 program references to build a list of programs accessible from the Enrich and Financials menus and then shows, for one or more users, or one or more user groups, the programs to which the user or groups have access.
This report is to support SOX compliancy by examining program object security at the user or user group level. For any user or group of users it lists the programs to which the user/group has access and identifies the point at which access is explicitly granted. This information may be used to identify places where additional security may be needed to limit user access.
The report is based on the OS400 'program reference' to identify all objects used by any program. It builds a path using that mechanism and then reports on the security of all objects in each path. The output of the report may be emailed as a CSV file.
Copies is the number of copies of the report to print.
Download Report File identifies whether the report results should be placed into a file that can be downloaded to a PC.
Duplex identifies whether the printer should print on both sides of the page. You can click on the Prompt button to select the flag from a list.
Edit Functions Only identifies whether or not the report should be limited to edit functions.
Hold identifies whether the report should be held in the queue until released manually rather than being printed automatically.
Output Queue identifies which output queue the report should be placed in. It defaults to your regular output queue.
