Password rules in Enrich  

The Enrich hosted password rules are as follows:

• They can't be the same as the previous password.
• They must begin with a letter.
• They must contain a number.
• They must contain a special character.
• Valid special characters are $ (dollar sign), @ (at), # (pound/hash), and _ (underscore).
• They must be 10 characters long.
• If you type more than 10 characters, the trailing characters are ignored and no warning is shown.

If a user enters an invalid character, the error message will read "Name not valid."

If a user does not include a special character, the error message will read "Password value not valid. Reason code 17."

If a user does not enter a 10-character password, the error message will read "Password value not valid. Reason code 19."

If a user attempts to re-use a previous password, the error message will read "Password matches one of 32 previous passwords."
