Change a user's status  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Security | User IDs.
   • The Edit User change screen appears.
2. Click on the AS/400 User ID Administration icon on the right.
   • The Enrich Library Management Work With User Profiles display screen appears.
3. To change a user ID status to disabled:
   • Right-click on the user and select Disable.
     • The user will not be able to sign on to the system.
4. To change a user ID status to enabled:
   • Right-click on the user and select Enable.
     • The user will be able to sign on to the system.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
