P&L copy facility GL accounts  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Business Parameters.
   • The Business Parameters display screen appears.
2. Right-click on P&L-Prep Data for Assist and select Change.
   • The P&L CPM Extract Business Parameters change screen appears.
3. Click Display Mapping Table .
   • The P&L CPM Data Mapping Tables display screen appears.
4. Click Change .
   • The P&L CPM Data Mapping Table change screen appears.
5. Right-click on the facility to be copied and select Copy Facility.
   • The Copy Facility GL Accounts for Assist screen appears.
6. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   GL Account Mask is used to identify where the facility code appears in the GL account code.

   New Facility is the facility that the account mapping is to be copied to. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

7. Click Enter to perform the copy.
   • You will return to the P&L CPM Data Mapping Table change screen.
8. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
