O Licence business parameters  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Business Parameters.
   • The Business Parameters display screen appears.
2. Right-click on O Licence and select Change.
   • The Business Parameters - O Licence change screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Alert Tolerance - O Licence is the number of days before O licence expiration that an alert must be provided.

   Alert Tolerance - Operating Centre is the number of units before the operating centre authorized total of vehicles is reached that an alert must be provided. The warning message is sent if actual assigned vehicles to op centre + alert tolerance op centre is greater than or equal to total authorized op centre.

   Feature Code - Body Type identifies the feature code that is used to indicate body type.

4. Click Enter to save the parameters.
5. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
