Data conversion business parameters  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Business Parameters.
   • The Business Parameters display screen appears.
2. Right-click on Data Conversion and select Change.
   • The Data Conversion Business Parameters change screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   20th Century 1st Year is the 2 digits identifying which year the data conversion programs should consider a 20th century rather than a 21st century year. All 2-digit dates using the year entered here or a higher year will be considered 20th century.

   Diary Item Type For Ins Clm Uploaded identifies the diary item type that will be assigned for uploaded claims. This applies to Event Manager only. You can click on the Prompt button to select the item type from a list.

   Multi-member GL Upload identifies whether or not the GL upload can have multiple member files.

   Multi-member JV Upload identifies whether or not the JV upload can have multiple member files.

   Multi-member Unit Level Budget Upload identifies whether or not you can upload an Excel rating sheet into the unit level budgets.

4. Click Enter to save the parameters.
5. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
