Billing Reading E-mail is the email address that will receive notification when billing readings are updated in CWA.
Billing Reading Prev Display identifies which previous reading will be displayed in CWA: metric, billing, or none.
Card Request Email Address is the email address that any requests for fuel cards will be sent to.
Defect Source is the default source that will be used when a new defect is entered using the Defect Tracker. You can click on the Prompt button to select the source from a list.
Defect Source For MOT Failure is the default source that will be used on the defect card for a MOT (inspection) failure. Defects with a source that matches the defect source for MOT will be included when processing the MOT Failure report. You can click on the Prompt button to select the source from a list.
Detach From Hierarchy on Suffix Change identifies whether or not the Equipment Hierarchy should be updated when doing a transfer for the same customer to a different suffix.
Feedback E-mail Address is the email address that any feedback from the CWA website will be directed to.
Fuel Item Category is the item category that is used to identify fuel. You can click on the Prompt button to select the category from a list.
Grace Period For PM Completion is only used by the CWA PM Currency function. If a PM was due on January 10 and was completed on January 15, if this business parameter is set to less than 5, the report will say "Completed Late". If this business parameter is set to 5 or more, the report will show that the PM was completed on time. A zero value is allowed.
Mail Server SMTP an entry in this parameter is required for any emailing capabilities within CWA. The parameter identifies the email server to use. The server must support the Simple Mail Transport Protocol.
MOT Re-submit Sys/Ass identifies the VMRS system and assembly codes that, when entered on a work order line, will be interpreted as a re-submission of a vehicle inspection. This is used by the MOT Failures CWA report to "count" re-submissions of inspections. You can click on the Prompt button to select the system and assembly from a list.

Reading Load/Update identifies where uploaded meter readings will go: to billing readings or to meter readings or to both. Note that, if billing readings are being updated, the CWA user will not see the change immediately. The message "Unposted Records Exist" will appear on the CWA Add Meter Readings screen after they click Submit. An email with the subject "Reading Update: Job 999999 cust#-customer name" will be sent to the person specified in the billing reading e-mail parameter below. The person receiving the email will have to go to Lease Rental | Customer | Billing | Record Readings From Preload, put in the job number, and then approve (post) the readings.
Reading Upload Metric ID identifies an override metric ID (metric group) for uploaded meter readings, which can have different minimums, maximums, and tolerances than the default metric types for the reading types. The metric group should contain all reading types that are likely to be uploaded. If not specified, the program will use the default metric types for the readings. You can click in the field and click the Prompt button to select the metric from a list.
Upload Folder - Fuel identifies the destination folder on the server for fuel uploads. It must match the folder identified in CWA Parameters under Fuel Upload Path. This is pre-set for ASP customers. It will look something like /enrich/xxx.dta/f

Validation List Library/Object identifies the location of the validation list file used by CWA to verify user credentials (passwords). When a web user is added or updated within Enrich, this parameter is used to synchronize the update to the validation list. Note that this business parameter only applies to CWA 1.
VCN E-mail Address - the Vehicle Change Notification is a facility within CWA for a customer to request changes to the location information of his assets. The routine sends an email to the address specified in this parameter. The recipient would then make the change within Enrich and reply to the email when complete.
