Business parameter audit information  

An audit record is created whenever a business parameter is added or updated. You can add comments to these audit records if required.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Business Parameters.
    • The Business Parameters display screen appears.
  2. Click Audit .
    • The Business Parameter Audit display screen appears.
  3. To toggle between Values and Level, Group, and User, click Alternate Views .
  4. To subset the list to a specific option, right-click on the option and select Select Option.
  5. To subset the list on other criteria, click Subset .
    • The Additional Subset Criteria enter screen appears.
    • Fill in the fields as required, then click Enter .
  6. To view the details of a transaction, right-click on the transaction and select Display.
    • The Audit Details display screen appears for that transaction.
  7. To view or work with comments for a transaction, right-click on the transaction and select Comments.
    • If comments already exist, the Display Comments screen appears.
    • If no comments exist, the Enter Comments change screen appears, allowing you to enter comments.
  8. Click Exit  twice to return to the menu.
