Override PM parts requirements for a unit
At the EMMS main menu, select
Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs
.
The
Work With Programs
display screen appears.
Right-click on the program and select
Equipment
.
The
Display Included Equipment Groups
screen appears.
Right-click on the equipment group and select
Display Included Equipment
.
The
Display Included Equipment
screen appears.
Right-click on the unit and select
Parts Override
.
The
Choose Activity for Parts Override
display screen appears.
Right-click on the activity for which you wish to override parts and select
Select
.
The
Display Item Instance Parts
screen appears.
Click
Change
.
The
Edit Item Instance Parts
display screen appears.
Locate the part you wish to add or delete from the program.
To delete the part:
Right-click on the part and select
De-select
.
The asterisk will be removed from in front of the part.
To add the part:
Right-click on the part and select
Select
.
An asterisk will appear in front of the part, and 1.00 will appear in the Quantity.
If necessary, change the Quantity for the selected part.
Click
Enter
to save the quantity change.
Click
Exit
five times to return to the menu.
