Change PM history  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs.
    • The Work With Programs display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the program and select Status.
    • The Preventive Maintenance display screen appears.
  3. Click Change .
    • The Update PM History change screen appears.
      • For PMs with a pattern, a description of the pattern sequence appears on the second line.
      • The data error flag will show if the PM is supposed to be on the roster and no roster entry is found. However, it will not appear if the PM is a sub-program of another and the business parameter for auto-close is set to Yes; in that event, the sub-program is not put on the roster.
  4. Change any fieldfield values as required.

    Date Created is the date the PM was last created on the work roster for the specified unit.

    Completion Date is the date the PM was last completed for the specified unit.

    Reading At Compl Date is the meter reading that was entered for the unit on completion of the PM.

    UOM is the unit of measure in which the reading was taken.

  5. Click Enter to save the changes.
