Sub and C&D entitlements for a customer  

This option allows you to work with substitution and collection & delivery entitlements for a customer. Note that this is only used with FleetCare.

1. At the EMMS main menu, click the Customer button.
   • The Work With Customers display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the customer and select Edit Customer.
   • The Edit Customer change screen appears.
3. Click Contractual Entitlement .
   • The Edit Contractual Entitlement change screen appears.
4. Click Add .
   • The Edit Contractual Entitlement add screen appears.
5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Code identifies the entitlement.

   Description is a description of the entitlement.

   Status identifies whether the entitlement is A=Active or I=Inactive. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the value from a list.

6. Click Enter  to save the entitlements.
