Customer repair codes  

1. At the EMMS main menu, click the Customer button.
   • The Work With Customers display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the customer and select Repair Codes.
   • The Customer Repair Codes display screen appears.
3. Click Change .
   • The Customer Repair Codes display screen appears.
4. Click Show All/Selected to show all tasks.
5. Find the task to be added.
6. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Repair Code is the code used by the customer to identify the specific repair.

   Repair Description is the description used by the customer for the specific repair.

7. Click Enter to save the information.
8. To copy repair codes from another customer to this one:
   1. Click Copy .
      • The Copy From Another Customer - Repair Codes screen appears.
   2. Select the customer whose codes should be copied.
   3. Click Enter .
      • The repair codes will be added or changed.
