Customer facility assignments  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, click the Customer button.
    • The Work With Customers display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer and select Facility.
    • The Customer/Facility Assignment display screen appears.
  3. Click Change .
    • The Customer/Facility Assignment change screen appears.
  4. Click Add .
    • The Customer/Facility Assignment add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Effective Date is the date the facility assignment will take effect. A value is required.

    Facility is the facility to which the customer is assigned. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

  6. Click Enter to save the assignments.
