Repeat thresholds report

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Work Order | Repeat Thresholds. The Repeat Thresholds Report enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Copiesis the number of copies of the report to print.

   Date From / Toare the start and end dates of the period to report on. It defaults to a one month period ending on the current date, but can be changed.

   Detail/Summaryidentifies whether to generate a detail or summary report.

   Downloadidentifies whether the report results should be placed into a file that can be downloaded to a PC.

   Duplexidentifies whether the report should print on both sides of the page.

   Equipment Groupis a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the group from a list.

   Exclude PM WO Linesidentifies whether or not to exclude preventive maintenance program work order lines from the report.

   Facility ID Codeis a specific facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Holdidentifies whether the report should be held in the queue until released manually rather than being printed automatically.

   Output Queueis the output queue in which the report should be placed. It defaults to your regular output queue.

   Saveidentifies whether the report should be saved in the output queue after printing.

   Show Related Instancesidentifies whether or not the report should show related instances.

   Task Codesis an unlimited number of tasks to include or exclude from the report. Leave blank for all. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the tasks from a list.

   Task Codes Toidentifies whether the selected task codes should be included or excluded from the report.

   Unit Numberis a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

   User Dataallows you to set up an identifier for the print job that will show up in the output queue. It is optional.

   VMRS Codesis an unlimited number of VMRS codes to include or exclude from the report. Leave blank for all. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the VMRS codes from a list.

   VMRS Codes Toidentifies whether the specified VMRS codes should be included or excluded from the report.

3. Click Enter . The Repeat Thresholds report (F6VUPFK) will print on your default printer.
