Re-open/reset a work order
- At the EMMS main menu, click the Work
Orders button. The Work
Orders display screen appears.
- Click the All/Open
button to go to the All view.
- Right-click on the closed work order and select Reset.
The Reset WO display
screen appears.
- To re-open the work order, click Reset
. The work order status will change to I and
you will return to the Work Orders
display screen.
- To reset and edit the work order, click Reset
& Edit
.
The work order status will change to I and you will be taken to the
Edit Work Order change
screen.
