Create a retail (over-the-counter part sale) work order

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Work Orders. The Work Orders display screen appears.
  2. Click Add OTC otc_sale.jpg. The Create OTC Part Sale enter screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fields as required.
  4. Click Enter enter.jpg. The Edit Work Order Parts change screen appears for the OTC work order.
  5. Enter or select the Item Number and Quantity for each item being purchased.
  6. Click the Estimated Charges button. The Estimated Charges OTC Parts display screen appears.
  7. To enter payment, click Payment Costcode.jpg. The Payment Details add screen appears.
  8. Fill in the fields as required.
  9. Click Enter enter.jpg. The payment is recorded for the work order.
