Part codes table

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | VMRS Codes | System/Assembly/Part. The Maintain System Codes change screen appears.
2. Right-click on the system and select Parts. The Maintain Assembly Parts change screen appearas.
3. Click Add . The Maintain Assembly Parts add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fields as required.

   Assyis the assembly or sub-system that the part is used for. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the assembly from a list.

   Partis a 3-digit code identifying a particular part that is used on the specified system and assembly,e.g. 023 for rear brake drum.

   Descriptionis a brief description of the part.

5. Click Enter to save the parts.
6. Click Exit to return to the Maintain System Codes change screen.
