Cost reporting codes table

Cost reporting codes identify major component systems on equipment to which work might be costed.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | VMRS Codes | Cost Reporting Codes. The Maintain Cost Reporting Codes change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Maintain Cost Reporting Codes add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Cost Codeis a 1-character code used to identify a major component system on an equipment unit to which work might be costed, e.g. 1 for chassis.

   Descriptionis a brief description of the cost reporting code.

4. Click Enter to save the cost reporting codes.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
