Customer equipment package pricing

If you have defined multiple sets of pricing for the same customer/equipment unit, it will be the first valid one, based on date, that is selected. For example, if pricing dated January 1 to June 30 is defined, as well as February 1 with a zero expiry, the January set will be selected for work orders dated in January. Beginning February 1, the February set would be selected. You must ensure that the pricing is set to achieve your desired result.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Retail Maintenance | Tables --> | Retail Maintenance Tables | Packages. The Work With Packages display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the package and select Pricing. The Package Pricing enter screen appears.
  3. Click the Yes radio button beside Customer Equipment, then click Enter enter.jpg. The Customer/Equipment Package Pricing display screen appears.
  4. Click Add plus.jpg. The Customer/Equip Package Pricing enter screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fields as required.
  6. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the package pricing.
