Add an equipment unit price book

  1. At the EMMS main menu, click on the Equipment button. The Display Equipment screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the unit and select Change. The Edit Equipment change screen appears.
  3. Click PriceBk dsprate.jpg. The Customer/Equipment Price Book display screen appears.
  4. Click Change change.jpg. The Customer/Equipment Price Book change screen appears.
  5. Click Add plus.jpg. The Customer/Equipment Price Book add screen appears.
  6. Fill in the fields as required.
  7. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the new price book.
  8. Click Change change.jpg. The Customer/Equipment Price Book change screen appears.
  9. Right-click on the effective date and select Change. The Customer/Equipment Base Rate change screen appears.
  10. Fill in the fields as required.
  11. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the rates.
  12. To add more base rates to the price book, click Add plus.jpg. The Customer/Equipment Base Rate add screen appears. Fill in the fields as required.
  13. If required, enter stepped rates, item rates, activity rates, category rates, manufacturer rates, and pay type rates for any of the cost types, turn the PI definition on or off for material cost types, and enter miscellaneous charges for the price book.
