Work with cores

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Material | Item Administration | Work With Cores. The Work With Cores display screen appears, listing all parts that have been defined as core parts in the item master.
2. To subset the list of cores:
   • Click Subset . The Item Master Subset screen appears.
3. To view item details about a core:
   • Right-click on the core and select Display Core. The Item Master Information display screen appears for the part.
4. To view item details about a core's parent:
   • Right-click on the core and select Display Parent.
   • • If only one parent exists for the core, the Item Master Display screen appears for that part.
     • If multiple parents exist:
     • 1. The Select Parent for Core screen appears, listing all parents for the core.
       2. Right-click on the parent you wish to view and select Select. The Item Master Display screen appears for that part.
