Miscellaneous parts report

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Material | Miscellaneous Parts. The Miscellaneous Part Report enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Warehouseis the warehouse to report on. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the warehouse from a list.

   Created From Date / Toare the start and end dates of the period that the parts to report on were created in the system.

   Miscellaneous Partidentifies whether or not the report should include the current miscellaneous parts entered on the work order that do not have full accounting.

   Unknown Nonstock Partidentifies whether or not the report should include the unknown direct purchase part that is not replaced prior to recording the PO receipt. Note that this could include unknown parts that may later be replaced with a real inventory part number. When the unknown part is replaced, it will no longer show on this report.

3. Click Enter . The Miscellaneous Parts report (F6FLPFK) will print on your default printer.
