Item seasonal requirements

Stocking requirements for some items may vary predictably by time of year; for example, more windshield washer fluid may be used in spring months. These seasonal requirements can be defined in Enrich and will affect reordering requirements.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, click on the Inventory Items button. The Inventory for Warehouse display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the item and select Action List. The Item Actions screen appears.
  3. Click Stocking Information. The Warehouse/Item Information display screen appears.
  4. Right-click on the warehouse where the seasonal requirements will apply and select Change. The Edit Stocking Information change screen appears.
  5. Click Seasonal Min/Max sesmm.jpg. The Seasonal Reorder Specifications display screen appears.
  6. Click Change change.jpg. The Seasonal Reorder Specifications change screen appears.
  7. Click Add plus.jpg. The Seasonal Reorder Specifications add screen appears.
  8. Fill in the fields as required.
  9. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the seasonal stocking requirements.
  10. Click Exit exit.jpg four times to return to the menu.
