Add a kit
Kits are groupings of items that are frequently used together. Ordering
a kit on a work order or purchase order reduces data entry requirements:
one item, the kit, must be keyed in to obtain every component of that
kit.
- At the EMMS main menu, select Material
| Item Administration | Kits. The Work
With Kits display screen appears.
- Click Add

The Maintain Kits
enter screen appears.
- Type in a unique Kit Number for the new kit.
- Click Add
.
The Maintain Kit Header Information
change screen appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
. The Maintain a
Kit add screen appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
to save the kit.
