ABC analysis report

1. At the  EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Material | ABC Analysis. The ABC Analysis enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Warehouse To Printis the warehouse to report on. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the warehouse from a list.

   ABC Report Type Based Uponidentifies whether the report should be based on on-hand value or estimated annual dollar usage. One must be selected before you can generate the report.

3. Click Enter . The ABC Ranking By On Hand Value report (FMJ0PFK) or the ABC Ranking By Annual Usage Value report (FMJ1PFK) will print on your default printer.
   • The percent column on the report reflects a percentage of the total report value.
   • The annual usage amount is calculated as AnnualUsageAmount = EstimatedAnnualUsage x AverageCost. Estimated annual usage is found on the Display Stocking Information screen and must be populated for the report to return a value
