Work order PM audit list

This report prints a list of work order PM lines that have been closed without cost.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Work Order PM Audit List. The WO / PM Audit List enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Companyis a specific company to report on. One of Company, Region, or Facility must be entered. You can click on the Prompt button to select the company from a list.

   Facilityis a specific facility to report on. One of Company, Region, or Facility must be entered. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   PM Categoryis a specific PM category to report on. If entered, PM Program must be left blank. You can click on the Prompt button to select the category from a list.

   PM Programis a specific PM program to report on. If entered, PM Category must be left blank. You can click on the Prompt button to select the program from a list.

   Regionis a specific geographic region to report on. One of Company, Region, or Facility must be entered. You can click on the Prompt button to select the region from a list.

   Select WO Lines Closed From / Tois the range of dates to report on; these are compared to work order line close dates. Values are required.

3. Click Enter . The Confirm prompt appears.
4. Click Confirm. The WO PM Lines Closed Without Costs report (F6NQPFK)  will print on your default printer.
