View the current status of a program for a specific unit

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs. The Work With Programs display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the program and select Status. The Preventive Maintenance display screen appears.
3. Right-click on the equipment unit and select Interval Detail. The Preventive Maintenance Status display screen appears.
   • This screen displays general program information: the facility it’s performed at; the program name; the department that does the work; the program type (I - inspection; M- maintenance; R - rebuild/manufacture; S - service); the date the program was instituted at the company and the date it will end; the estimated labor hours required to perform the work; and the priority the program has been given.

   • It also displays information specific to the unit: when the program was last triggered for the equipment unit and what work order it was placed on; when the work order was completed; what kind of measurement triggers the program; what the current measurement is on that equipment unit; and what kind of measurement value triggers the program; what units the measurement is taken in (e.g., kilometers, miles, etc.).

   • When using rate-per-day to calculate the next due date, the system will not trigger a PM if it has already been completed past the date calculated.
