View the current status of a program

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs. The Work With Programs display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the program and select Status. The Preventive Maintenance display screen appears.
   • The trigger percentages are based on the individual PM programs, even when a pattern is in use. The description will change, if necessary, to show the appropriate pattern description.
   • There is a Unit Number selector at the top of the panel. There is also text showing the current sort sequence of the panel. When the sort sequence is "by unit", the unit selector will act as a positioner. If the sort sequence is anything else, the unit selector must act as a restrictor.
3. To view a graphical representation of the data, click the Graphic View tab. The graphical view appears.
