View PM trigger calculations for a unit

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs. The Work With Programs display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the program and select Status. The Preventive Maintenance display screen appears.
3. Click Change . The Update PM History change screen appears.
4. Right-click on the interval you wish to view calculations for and select Display Calcs. The PM Trigger Calculations enter screen appears.
   • This screen shows the description of the last PM pattern sequence completed, when applicable.
   • If a calendar exists for the unit/PM, the Next PM/Unit Calendar Date field will appear.
5. To view the unit/PM calendar, if applicable, click PM/Unit Calendar . The PM/Unit Calendar display screen appears.
