Reject a simple warranty claim

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Warranties | Warranty Claims. The Warranty Claims by Claim # display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the claim and select Simple Change. The Warranty Claim change screen appears.
3. Select a rejection reason in the Do Not Create a Claim field. If no rejection reasons are set up, you can enter any value to reject the claim.
4. Click Enter . You return to the Warranty Claims by Claim # screen where the warranty claim's status will be Rejected.
