Post a warranty collection without a credit work order

Note that the collection amount must be zero for this option to work.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Warranties | Warranty Claims. The Warranty Claims by Claim # display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the claim and select Collection. The Warranty Collection enter screen appears.
3. Click Post Collection (No Work Order) . You return to the Work With Warranty Claims display screen where the warranty claim's status will be changed to partial.
