PM audit trail report

This report shows an audit trail of PMs that were removed from work orders/work rosters.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | PM Audit Trail Display/Report. The PM Audit Trail enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Date Range From / Toare the beginning and ending dates of the range to report on. Values are required.

   Actionflags whether to report on work order deletions, work roster deletions, or both. Leave blank for both. You can click on the Prompt button to select the flag from a list.

   Facilityis a specific facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Useris a specific user who removed PMs to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the user from a list.

3. Click Enter . The Confirm prompt appears.
4. Click Confirm. The PM Audit Trail display screen appears.
5. Click Print . The PM Audit Trail report (F6N7PFK) will print on your default printer.
