Outstanding PMs report

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Outstanding PMs Report. The Outstanding PMs enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   PM Categoryis a specific category of programs to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the category from a list.

   Programis a specific PM program to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the program from a list.

   Assigned Facilityis a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Sort Byidentifies whether the report should be sorted by unit (default) or by PM/unit.

3. Click Enter . The Confirm prompt appears.
4. Click Confirm. The Outstanding Programs report (F6MSPFK) will print on your default printer.
