Monthly warranty activity by facility report

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Warranty | Monthly Activity by Facility Report. The Monthly Warranty Report enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Assigned Facilityis a specific assigned facility to report on. A value is optional. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   "A" For All Facilities- if you wish to have a report for all facilities, type an A here.

   Dateis required. All claims that are outstanding at this date will be included. As well, any claims that were completed or deleted for the month of the report will also be included.

3. Click Enter . The Confirm prompt appears.
4. Click Confirm. The Monthly Warranty Activity report (F4FOPFK) will print on your default printer.
