Maintenance cost analysis report

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Maintenance Cost Analysis. The Maintenance Cost Analysis enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   From Year/Periodis the starting accounting year and period to report on. This will be compared to work order opened dates. A value is required.

   To Year/Periodis the ending accounting year and period to report on. This is compared to the work order open date. It is optional. If left blank it will default to the values entered in the From Year/Period.

3. Click Enter . The Maintenance Cost Analysis report (FNYKPFK) will print on your default printer.
