Email a work order estimate

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Work Order Estimating. The Work With WO Estimates display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the estimate and select Change. The Edit WO Estimate change screen appears.
3. Click E-Mail . The E-Mail Work Order Estimate screen appears.
4. Fill in the fields as required.

   To E-mailis the email address of the person to whom the estimate will be sent.

   CC E-mailis the email address of a person who will receive copies of the estimate email, if required.

   Fromis the email address of the person sending the email.

5. Click Send Email.
