Billing Customeris
the customer to be billed for the work if different from the customer.

you can override the billing customer number that is entered.

select the customer from a list.
Customeris
the customer the unit is associated with. It will be filled in
automatically if you click Enter after selecting the unit; however,
you can override the customer number that is entered. A value
is required. You can click on the Prompt
button to select the customer from a list.
Customer Contact Nameis the name of the person
at the customer company who can be contacted about the estimate/work.
Departmentis
the department or shop that will do the work. It defaults to the
department of the person who is signed on. You can click on the
Prompt button
to select the department from a list.
Expiryis
the date and time the estimate expires; prices may change after
this time. It defaults to the current date plus the number of
days defined in the business parameter Default Number of Days.
The date can be changed.
Facilityis
the facility preparing the estimate. It defaults to the facility
of the person who is signed on. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility
from a list.
Miscellaneous Unitidentifies
whether or not the equipment unit is miscellaneous. If an existing
unit is entered but the miscellaneous unit field is Yes, Enrich
will assume that this is NOT the existing unit.
Requestedis
the date and time the estimate is being created. It defaults to
the current date and time; the date can be changed.
Unit Numberis
the equipment unit that the estimate is for. A value is required.
You can click on the Prompt button to
select the unit for a list, then click Enter and Enrich
will fill in the Customer and Billing Customer fields. Or you
can enter a miscellaneous unit number.
