Change a warranty claim

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Warranties | Warranty Claims. The Warranty Claims by Claim # display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the claim and select Change. The Warranty Claim change screen appears.
3. Make any changes required. Any information on an In Progress claim can be changed. On Posted claims, the claim amount (Cost Claimed) cannot be changed.
4. Click Enter to save the changes.
