Aged warranty claims report

This report generates a list of outstanding claims with up to 4 aging buckets.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Warranty | Aged Warranty Claims. The Aged Warranty Claims enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Aging Category 1-4are the number of days from claim date or date sent to include in each of the 4 buckets. Only the first category is required. A fifth category will contain all those claims that exceed these 4 categories.

   Assigned Facilityis a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list. Only one of Assigned Facility or Region should be entered.

   Claim Status (User)is a specific user-defined claim status to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the status from a list.

   Claim Typeis a specific type of claim to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the claim type from a list.

   Claims Dates From / Tois the range of claim dates to report on. If these dates are entered, leave the Date Sent From / To blank. You can click on the calendar buttons to select the dates.

   Date Sent From / Tois the range of dates claims were sent to the vendors to report on. If these dates are entered, leave the Claims Dates From / To blank. You can click on the calendar buttons to select the dates.

   Date to Use for Aging- aging will be from the claim date or sent date to the date supplied here. A value is required. You can click on the calendar button to select the date. This date must be equal to or greater than the end date of the range being requested. The amount shown on the report will be the amount outstanding as at this date.

   Dispositionis a specific part disposition to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the disposition from a list.

   Regionis a specific geographic region to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the region from a list. Only one of Assigned Facility or Region should be entered.

   Unitis a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

   Vendoris a specific vendor to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the vendor from a list.

   Warranty Codeis a specific warranty to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the warranty from a list.

3. Click Enter . The Aged Warranty Claims report (F7KRPFK) will print on your default printer.
