Enter fuel ticket readings

Depending on your system setup, fueling readings may be totally mandatory, totally optional, or mandatory/optional based on the unit's designation of metric types for work orders.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Fuel Island } Work With Fuel Tickets (Facility). The Fuel Tickets display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the fuel ticket and select Change. The Edit Fuel Ticket change screen appears.
3. Click Readings . The Readings for Fuel Ticket change screen appears.
4. Fill in the fields as required.

   Readingis the actual reading at the time of fueling. If the reading entered is the same as the previous record found, a warning will be displayed. The warning can be overridden.

   UOMis the unit of measure used for the reading. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

   Meter Changeflags whether or not the meter was changed on this reading.

5. Click Enter to save the readings.
