View PM audit tracking for a unit

Any time a unit is assigned to a PM or unassigned from a PM, a record is written in audit tracking. The audit source will be identified as PM/Unit Assigned or PM/Unit Unassigned, as appropriate.

1. At the EMMS main menu, click on the Equipment button. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Equipment Actions screen appears.
3. Click PM Audit Tracking. The PM Tracking Audit display screen appears, listing all PM assignments and unassignments for the unit.
4. To view more information about an even, right-click on the line and select Display. The PM Tracking Audit Detail display screen appears.
