Units lacking permits report

This report is a customer-related report and requires that the Customer Permits table is in use. All units owned by the customer as defined in that table will be listed if there is no permit assigned for the defined permit types.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Equipment | Permit Reports | Units Lacking Permits Report. The Units Lacking Permits Report enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Companyis a specific company to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the company from a list.

   Customeris a specific customer to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer from a list.

   Permit Typeis a specific type of permit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the permit type from a list.

   Province/Stateis a specific province or state to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the province or state from a list.

   Include Pool Typesidentifies whether equipment from vehicle pools only, non-vehicle pools only, or all pools should be included on the report.

3. Click Enter . The Confirm prompt appears.
4. Click Enter . The Units Lacking Permits Report (TXC9PFK) will print on your default printer.
