Remove a unit from a PM

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs. The Work With Programs display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the program and select Equipment. The Display Included Equipment Groups screen appears.
3. Right-click on the equipment group and select Display Included Equipment. The Display Included Equipment screen appears.
4. Click Change . The Edit Included Equipment display screen appears.
5. Right-click on the unit to be removed and select De-select. The asterisk is removed from in front of the unit.
   • An audit record is created for the unit with a source of PM/Unit Unassigned.
6. Click Exit four times to return to the Display Included Equipment Groups screen.
