Permit adjustment reasons table

The permit adjustment reason is used to indicate why a permit rate has changed on renewal or vehicle change. These reasons are printed on the customer letter.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Equipment | Permit Adjustment Reasons. The Permit Adjust Reason Codes change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Permit Adjust Reason Codes add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Reason Codeis a code identifying why a permit rate has changed.

   Descriptionis a brief description of the reason.

4. Click Enter to save the reasons.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
